We fill these casks to order so please allow at least two working day lead time. This ensures you have fresh beer. They carry a 4 week shelf life and once opened will last for 4-5 days. To get the best results store cool and settle for 12-24 hours. If then moved the sediment will get disturbed making the beer cloudy.
