Delivery Options
We have a number of different delivery services so here is a quick summary. We deliver to local customers within 5 miles of the brewery. You can click&collect or we use a 3rd party courier to deliver to all over the UK.
HOW OUR DELIVERY SERVICE WORKS
At the checkout choose a delivery option. (see list below). As soon as your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email.
For local deliveries you have the option to pick a delivery day. For click and collect you can pick a day and a time slot. This slot is exclusive to yourself to ensure social distancing.
Our 3rd party courier will provide you with tracking details once they have your order. You can use the tracking number on their website.
Delivery via courier will be within 3-4 working days.
If you are not in when delivery is due, the delivery driver will attempt to leave it in a safe place.
If this is not possible, a courier card will be left with details of how to rearrange your delivery. If other delivery attempts fail then the order will be sent back to the brewery.
If we don’t hear from you and you don’t get in touch with the courier. It is likely that we will be charged for further delivery attempts and these charges will be passed on to you, prior to booking in further 3rd party courier collections.
We are not keen on leaving items in safe places.
We are not allowed by law to leave beer or other alcoholic drinks with anyone unable to provide proof of age. (18+)
We will not be held liable for any losses incurred in this way. You will be asked to complete a Non Receipt Disclaimer which will be passed to our courier.
If you have not chosen a delivery day we try and delivery within 3-5 working days.
