This great English brown ale has a rich nut-brown colour, it is full of body and is exceptionally moreish. An aroma of freshly baked bread, roasting chestnuts and a hint of Nutella. The flavour is full of depth, fusing butterscotch and mild liquorice, caramel and roasted cacao and yet still retains that malty finish one would expect.

How to Serve

Keep Cool: Store in a cool place as soon as it arrives.

Let It Settle: Leave the cask completely upright and still for 12–24 hours before pouring.

Keep It Stationary: Avoid moving or tilting the cask after it has settled, disturbing the natural sediment will make the beer cloudy.
