This is a 6% Grapefruit infused WIT IPA.
Inspired by Puerto Rican sorbet’s, this grapefruit infused beer is brewed with 50% wheat to give a wonderful smooth, hazy beer. It has a slight sharp opening profile which is then overlaid with pineapple and tropical fruit.
Malt = Pale, Wheat Malt Hops = Vic Secret, Citra
